Services included
Prices are per person and include buffet breakfast, choice of menu for half-board accommodations and all services included in the weekly guest program.

Discounts for children
In the parents' room: up to 2 years old – 80%; from 2 to 6 – 50%; from 6 to 12 – 30%.
Ask about our special “Family week” discount.

Pets
Please note that unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Arrival
On the day of your arrival rooms will be available at 3 p.m.
Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m.
Your room must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Reservation confirmation
Your reservation is considered to be confirmed if it is received in writing along with a down payment of 30% or after signing a Hartmann trip cancellation insurance policy. The deposit can be paid with a postal money order, bank wire transfer, or online with a credit card.

Reservation cancellation
European regulations concerning cancellation of hotel reservations and trips will apply. Your stay will be charged due to late arrivals, early departures or if your reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks before the starting date.

Trip cancellation insurance
To avoid being charged with penalties for late arrival or reservation cancellation due to illness or other serious impediments, we recommend that you take out a Hartmann travel insurance policy. Request the necessary documentation when making your reservation.
